Looks like Toktumi.com does offer similar features, but RingCentral seems a bit more mature and professional to me (Toktumi is a play on Talk To Me...). Things like custom hold music and dial by extension really make it feel like a professional business service.

Also after checking out the screencasts at the Toktumi website, I think that RingCentral does a better job at managing multiple lines and a large number of extensions. We have 3 incoming lines mapped to about 6 extensions and 4 digital lines all tied into one RingCentral account.

Both of them are probably better options than Vonage though. I posted a review of RingCentral VS Vonage here:

We had a very poor experience with Ring Central—dropped calls, unauthorized charges to our credit card, efforts to transfer our toll free number from the current provider were slow and the responses to our inquiries on status inaccurate.

When we canceled the service, Ring Central advised that we either needed to fill out five forms to return the phones and get our money back, or pay an extra $200 if we wanted to keep the phones and use them. The phones were locked so that they were only usable through Ring Central. I think they were trying to punish us for not liking their poor service.

We ended up switching from ring central to Easy Office Phone. So far the service has been reliable and the switch over was smooth. Customer service seems to be actually helpful.
